I do not collect special category data or information about children.

2. How I collect your data

• Directly from you: when you place an order, submit a competition entry, send an enquiry, or sign up for marketing.

• Automatically: server logs and cookies (essential only; no analytics or tracking cookies are used).

3. How I use your data (lawful basis)

I process your data only where I have a lawful basis:

• Performance of a contract — to process and fulfil orders, manage deliveries, handle payments, and respond to enquiries.

• Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, maintain Website security, and keep basic records of transactions.

• Consent — to send you marketing emails or newsletters (you can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing me).

• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer law requirements (e.g. keeping order records for 6 years).

I will only use your data for the original purpose unless I reasonably need to use it for a compatible reason.

• Competition entries: 12 months after the competition ends (unless you consent to longer storage for future promotions).

• Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

• Server logs/technical data: 12 months.

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Correct inaccurate data

• Erase data (in certain circumstances)

• Restrict processing

• Object to processing (including marketing)

• Data portability
